Creative on the Grind provides courses, memberships, 1:1 coaching, and digital products to help creative entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses. All content, materials, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized use or attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality is strictly prohibited.

3. Purchases and Payment
By purchasing a membership, course, coaching session, or digital product, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full before access to products or services is granted.
4. Memberships, Courses, and Digital Products
Memberships – The Creative on the Grind Collective offers ongoing access to live workshops, resources, and community support. Membership renews on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection at checkout.
Courses – Courses are available for self-paced learning. Once purchased, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials.
Digital Products – Templates, guides, and other digital resources are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download.
1:1 Coaching – Strategy calls and coaching sessions are available at starting rate $250 per hour and are booked in advance through our website.
All sales for memberships, courses, digital products, and 1:1 coaching are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Memberships – You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
Coaching Sessions – Cancellations for 1:1 coaching must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through our courses, membership, and coaching are the intellectual property of Creative on the Grind. They are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
Any breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
7. Disclaimer
Creative on the Grind provides educational resources but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and various external factors beyond our control.
We do not offer legal, medical, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on our materials are at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Creative on the Grind shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
